Client Maturity Levels
LogicCloud IT knows that a healthier environment leads to reduced support costs; a cost savings we want to pass along to our customers. Because of this, LogicCloud IT utilizes a 4 level Client Maturity Level (CML) that is based on industry best practices and LogicCloud IT standards to register (classify) a clients environment to one of the levels of the LogicCloud IT Client Maturity Matrix on a continual basis. This is then used to apply discounts to various services available through LogicCloud IT, including our Managed IT Services. The higher a Client environment classification (CML), the higher the discount in service; which translates to more money staying in your business. LogicCloud IT's goal is to work with you to achieve the best network possible for your business so your business can run with no interruptions or worries about technology.
